Thank you for taking the time to read my terms. If there are any questions

I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.
By joining my members areas you are agreeing to these terms whether you have
read them through or not. These terms may change at any time so it would be good
to check back to reread them from time to time.
You do not need to have a website to join but if you have one you will need to
let me know the address. You must have one of my logos on your site. A
membership page is fine. If you would rather use a text link, that is fine also.
Please link to http://taras-designs.com. This must be done within 5 days
of joining. Once your membership expires, you must continue to display my logo
as long as you are using anything from my members area.
Once you have gone through the process of joining there will be no refunds
given.
You may not share your username and password with anyone. If I find this is
being done your membership will be terminated and no refund will be given.
Membership fee is for access to the
members area, not the graphics.

~*~ Outlook Express Stationary and EML's~*~
These can be used for your personal use. They are not to be torn apart or claimed as your
own. Credits must stay in the footer of the stationary. If the script of
the stationery was written by myself, credits within the script must remain at all times.

~*~Signature Tags~*~
You may request tags for others, but only one tag per member will be created for
each tag offered.
Do not claim them as your own creations.
You may not alter or change the signature tags in any way.

~*~Backgrounds~*~
Backgrounds must be saved to your own hard drive.
Do not claim them as your own. They may be used to make stationery, web sets,
etc., but are not to be offered for download at any time.

Desktops are made for members ONLY!
